Celebrate the Festival of Lights with us! Enjoy a night filled with delicious food, vibrant music, cultural performances, and the joy of togetherness. This event is a wonderful opportunity to come together , celebrate and enjoy the festive spirit of Diwali with other Jat families. It will be a fun-filled day for all ages and will be a great chance for newcomers in Canada to meet and greet other Jat families.

About CJA
The Canadian Jats Association (CJA) is a non-for-profit organization for the Jat community residing in Canada. Located in Toronto, Ontario,with the primary objective of providing networking and support to new immigrants. The CJA strives to offer networking opportunities through social gathering and annual Gala events to its members. CJA was formed in 2006, with the idea of having a common forum where the members could meet, exchange views and interact personally with the other community members. This organization also provides an ideal opportunity to the members and their respective families to participate in social celebrations including but not limited to Holi and Diwali festivals. Since its inception, the association has provided a platform to share and disseminate knowledge amongst our members as well as project the image of Jat community in Canada. CJA provides opportunities for the Indo- Canadians whose roots are from India, to share their unique cultural experiences. The association continue to maintain the enthusiasm and commitment amongst the members through networking and social events. The CJA is associated with Consulate General Office;Toronto, Panorama, and various Indo-Canada community organizations. We serve as a platform to foster goodwill between India and Canada. With currently over 400 members, the CJA is striving to enroll new members regularly.
Our Vision
CJA serves the community by sharing knowledge and resources with newcomers who come from India and other countries to Canada, to help them to adapt and get accustomed to the lifestyle in Canada as well as to make them comfortable by engaging them into the already existing Jat community. With the help of existing members, the association also provides counseling to get visa (Student or Permanent Resident etc.) to community members living outside Canada and who are interested to settle in Canada in near future.

The mission of CJA is to unite JAT community living in Canada and worldwide while preserving our culture and traditions and passing them on to the next generation.Keeping our younger generation connected with our roots.
